The following are some of the unedited responses from the learners using the MXit Portal of the My YESA Passport. The questions and responses are captured in a queue and each day as many as possible are responded to. The selection is largely random where some preference is given to those that are more current. At the moment 2 out of every 3 are responded to where the current figure stands at 1564 with an average of over 10 per day. At least 1 in 4 are deleted for various reasons.

• Please gve us a personal space wher only our own questions are. Maybe wth sections for: answered, pending and removed(eg. Language etc.). We hav 2browse through lots of questions 2c if our questions are answered
• Why dont u hav a section for unanswered questions or new questions. That way others can submit their answers and make your work lighter. Sum1 just has to check if the answer is competent and publish if it pass
• Asking a small fee will decrease the mass questions and also make the service more profitable. A 10moola per question should be reasonable... Just a thought
