The first teachers training session took place at Gando SPS with three teachers involved. It was a very enjoyable session covering a range of aspects and the teachers were very enthusiastic. The teachers actively engaged in the process and I am confident that they will open the minds of the learners using this wonderful medium of instruction. 
We had an intruder who arrived during the training. Apparently he had slipped out of class and quietly joined the group doing his own thing.
Two Charity Boxes were donated to the school.
After the training Esme and Johan, two NMMU students, conducted their first workshops with the students supported by the teachers to reinforce the training. This was to prove an invaluable method of driving home the skills to be developed.
