Project Goals

The goals of the project include:-

To implement the project in the Cofimvaba Region
To raise awareness of alternative fuels, especially Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technologies in a school environment through hands-on activities
To further enhance the National Curriculum through the integration of alternative energy sources especially in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Innovation (STEMI)
To add value to existing initiatives surrounding the integration of Android devices into the classroom

Objectives

Deliver to at least 18 schools in the Cofimvaba region before the end of September 2014
Interact with learners in Science Classrooms by sharing information and providing opportunities for hands-on learning experiences with relevant technologies
Develop and source appropriate content relevant to the project which can be delivered via Android devices to learners in this community
Report on the project through a variety of media to share information with the general public as well as academia in collaboration with Anglo American Platinum
