Ons groep as Hoerskool piet pot leerlinge? Het n blast gehaad
Vandag was iets wat nooit vergeet sal word nie! Ons het Fun gehaad en selfs iets of altans
baie daaruit geleer!
Tegnologie speel n baie groot rol in ons lewens. En van die tegnologie het mense soos ons nodig
om dit aan die werk tesit.Ons is verbaas om tesien hoe baie ons depend op tegnologie.
Vandag het ons n “AMAZING” druker gesien en hoe dit werk.
Dit het iets wat jy plat geskep het op die rekenaar?3-D gemaak!!!
Ons groep wil net baie dankie se dat jy dit vir ons bloot gestel het. En dat ons deel
daarvan kon gewees het!

Group work
We worked well as a group together.We passed ideas by each other and combined them into making the assesment a succes.We are quite impressed by the outcome.We did the best we could ,we thought well and hard about how we wanted the outcome to be,fortunately enough we did a great job to the best of our ability.At first we struggled to decide what we wante d to do and how to do it, we also debated a few times to see wich idea was better than the other one.
Final solution
Unfortunatlely our final copy didnt reach all the specifications., we had one or two slightly small problems, nothing we couldnt fix though.When we tested the final copy most of the parts function quite well.we are iimpressed with it.
i’m sure there was something that the group couldve done,but we did a goob job,as we learnt from our mistakes. there wasnt really much we couldve done but it wouldve changed a few things on the way it came out.

Yes i enjoyed the excecise and i’m sure the rest of my teanmates

We visited the fablab at Multipurpose Mokopane Collage in mahwelereng, multipurpose collage. Where we had so much fun and experiencing young engineers and science project.Engineering Graphics and Designs is a very impressive subject that we like studing and this project is one of them, it was an amazing especially when we were working asv a team
GROUP 4
Our experience in the fabkids programme
we are grateful to have had the chance to participate in fabkids programme. this has been the greatest experience ever. thankyou. we learned more about high tech technology and tools we have never worked with before. We worked with people we had’nt worked with before and it really cool to get to know each other through the programme, helping each other was one of the greatest things.
Todays theme was sports. We had to brand a well known brand in sports. Final product had to be in 2D but our group took chances and had a 3D drawing which was quiet a success! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!!!
Group 5
I am the Engineering Graphics and Design teacher at High School Piet Potgieter in Mokopane.
I visited the FABLAB in Mahwelereng with 12 learners in grades 10 and 11.
The learners were divided into 4 groups of 3 each, and had to design a model regarding any sport activity.
The learners were very enthusiastic, and enjoyed every phase of the project.
It realy helps learners to “think out of the box”.
The learners came up with very innovative ideas and designs, and I will realy recommend this for all learners in a technical and/or scientific field.
The learners also had the opportunity to learn about new technology, for instance the laser printer.
The team from FABLAB that presented the project was very efficient and helpful.
