Platinum Village Secondary, Rustenburg, 19 April 2018 (101 Learners + 16 Grade 10 Learners)

On arrival we noted a very modern and new school. It had been opened a week earlier and everything was still clean. The Principal was proud of her appointment and enforced strict discipline even down to the last piece of paper.

The communications relating to our visit had not filtered through but the staff took our word for it and decided to include the Grade 10 Science class as well. The library was made available to use and within no time the demonstration was delivered. Sadly the turbine challenge was also not solved together with upward direction of north.

There was no lack of commitment and the passion of the Principal shone through. She was determined to provide the best possible education for the learners
