*Design Brief*	Design and build a wind powered device that can lift a known mass through a vertical distance of one metre.
*Materials*	Any materials that can be found in the recycle bin.
*Other equipment*	Electric fan with variable settings
*Rules*	– This is to be completed as an individual or in pairs – The device must be designed and constructed at school under the guidance of a teacher – The team that lifts the heaviest weight through a distance of 1 m with the fan on full speed is the winner.
